I’m loving the presentation of the Minna Ola.  It’s a detachment from the standard square shaped boxes vibrators are normally packaged in.  In fact it reminds more of a male product the Fleshlight who were originally placed in tubes which fitted their form perfectly.
I know sometimes it’s the simple things which grab the eye, it’s true.

The matt white box and distinct imagery on the cylindrical box are very reminiscent of Lelo right down to the shadowing beneath the vibrator.  But hey, what’s wrong with that?  We all learn from the best.  🙂

Once you have removed the security stickers the base of the canister can be slipped off to reveal the inexpensive grey nylon drawstring bag (sorry guys you could do better, given today’s standard) and the rather thick tome of a manual. This is due to the number of languages covered!

In the larger portion of the packaging the Minna Ola is suspended on a firm plastic cradle with a white velour insert.

A quick read of the user manual informs me that whilst charging two lights in the base of the vibrator will pulse and when fully charged one will remain pulsing.  Not very clear, I assume they refer to the power button.

At this point it would be good to know things like, how long does the Ola take to fully charge?  How long does the Ola run for on one charge?  But none of this information is readily available either on the packaging or in the manual.

Anyway, moving on to more important things.  The Minna Ola is charged via a magnetic connection which isn’t very strong and if moved is prone to falling away from the shaft of the vibrator.  Very much reminiscent of the original Click N Charge system from Fun Factory Sex Toys.  Which they did address and correct in later versions of the Fun Factory vibrators.

Personally I find the connection point above the Ola’s handle a little “industrial” looking and not particularly friendly. But overall I don’t anticipate this to be a problem with the operation of the vibrator itself, that is unless you insert most of the shaft then you would end up with the charge point inside you.  Not something I would particularly like to do.

Most manufacturers get around this by featuring the charging point in the very base of the handle.  Another one to perhaps take onboard Minna.

That said, I do like the concept of being able to use the “Soft Spot” base to control your destiny in terms of vibrations.  As I haven’t tested the Ola at this point I don’t know if you can create your own patterns or simply speed, which can be set.

By pressing the “Lock” button you can create your personal vibrations.  The light on the “Lock” button will flash whilst recording you personalised patterns of vibration (by squeezing the soft touch pad).  When you have finished your “Loop” simply press the “Lock” button again lay back and enjoy.

At the moment my head is doing backflips thinking just how much fun it would be to create patterns as well as speeds but I think I am getting ahead of myself.  😉

So because I have no bloody idea how long this vibe is going to take to charge let’s go off and watch some porn whilst you dear reader can make yourself familiar with the Minna Ola’s features below.

I discovered (by reading Minna’s information on their website) that a full charge normally takes up to 2 hours and offers up to 3 hours of use and that the Ola should arrive fully charged.  Doh!  It would have been nice if the manual offered that information.

• Is fully rechargeable using your PC’s USB port.
• Has a lovely velvety feel and the soft handle makes it comfortable to hold.
• Offers strong, quiet and configurable vibrations.  😉
• Features a gently curving g-spot tip.
• Being waterproof this vibrator isn’t shy when it comes to bathroom playtime.
• Has a shaft measuring 21.5cm and 3.8cm at her widest point.

Although there are no neighbour’s windows directly facing in to the new house’s master bedroom, I did pull the curtains closed.  Out of habit I suppose.  It was the middle of the day but who’s going to tell?  Lol

Moments later I was laying in the middle of my bed naked from the waist down and already moist.  Perfect climatic conditions not to require additional lubrication.  After all the Ola’s slim shape makes her easy to insert for me.

I found that having the controls on top of the vibrator enabled me to control the Minna Ola Vibrator and also avoided the charging point at the base to come in to contact with me internally.

A quick press of the On button enabled the “Soft Touch” control.  Using my middle and adjacent digits fitted on the pillow quite comfortably.  As I applied gentle pressure the vibrations set out mild and became more intense the harder I squoze.

It was both fun and pleasurable to take total control of my own enjoyment and I played for a few minutes in a blissful and relaxing mood.

Then I noticed that my hand was actually becoming quite tired with the pressing of the control pad and this became a distraction.  At this point I decided it would be easier for me to record my vibrations and have them played back.

After pressing the “Lock” button I started to record a variable pattern of vibrations which had me swelling between my legs as the blood filled my lips, making them swell.

I then pressed the playback button and the pattern I had recorded just moments ago began to play its rapturous rhythm within me.  With the tip of the Ola pressed against my g-spot I gave her the ultimate test of fit.

Removing my grip and seeing if she was capable of sustaining her onslaught within me.  And boy did she measure up to the test.  No outward slippage for her, she remained in place.
