Lelo have launched a new line, of products featuring their latest pleasure technology the “WaveMotion”. At present the Mona and the Ina are the only vibrators available with WaveMotion action as it lends itself to penetrating vibrators only.
So what is all the fuss about?
Well, I’ll explain.
Both vibrators have the ability to massage your g-spot in a “come hither” like way. So your have double the fun! You can enjoy their usual powerful vibration patterns and speeds which are now accompanied by internal massaging. Oh my! 😉
I fully appreciate this internal motion, it has a tendency, when done right to make me squirt. Now, that would be something if I should do that whilst playing. Should I lay a towel on the bed before commencing action? lol
It all sounds good to me, so I’m sure you are itching to find out how the Ina performs.
But first let’s take a look at the striking new look the “WaveMotion’s” outer packaging has. Gone is the clean crisp matt white outer box featuring a large product image on the rear and a clean white frontage embossed with the unmistakable Lelo logo.
Now there’s a colour cloud in the corner melding from turquoise to cerise. It reminds me very much of a fabric softener advert. I can’t quite remember the brand at the moment. Not a bad thing but not necessarily relating in any way to this new concept in personal pleasure.
Within the outer box is Lelo’s standard matt black box with the Ina set in a stylish black velvet liner. At the far end encapsulated in the cardboard housing you will find the Ina’s User Manual, a black satin drawstring bag for storage, a sachet of lubricant to get you going, a Lelo 10 year warranty card and a USB charging lead.
Lelo have improved the look and feel of the Ina Wave. No more white ABS handle, this one is moulded out of the same velvety silicone as the shaft and gives a more cohesive feel. Gone is the unsightly and annoying jack point plug which never stayed in place whilst in use and would irritate the shit out of me. And finally, they have smoothed out the control panel so that it feels totally integrated with the handle.
All in all, I’m liking the changes because they are like adding a cherry on top.
- Charging the Lelo Ina Wave couldn’t be simpler, it uses your PC’s USB port. The light will flash until it’s fully charged and then remains constant. This will normally take about 2 hours for up to 2 hours play.
- Offers multiple speeds via accessed via the + & – buttons at position 3 & 9 on the dial of a clock.
- Move through the 10 vibratory patterns using the up and down buttons positioned at 12 & 6 on the interface.
- Being fully waterproof this vibrator may be used in the bath as well as the shower.
- Provides dual stimulation via the internal stroking shaft and the powerful vibrations. 😉
- Has an organic shape which feels good in the hand and is easy to operate.
- Stores the last vibratory pattern and speed you used. So you can store your favourite for use time and time again. A great feature!
- Is quiet, yet powerful in operation so discretion is upmost during play.
So come on, what are you waiting for? Let’s get down and dirty. To be honest I’ve been so wrapped up in moving house that I haven’t had a bit of me time for a while.
Follow me to the bedroom, it’s the first door on the left. Pull the curtains and make yourself at home on the chase.
Kitteh is out on rodent patrol outside so there shouldn’t be any unexpected pouncing and biting. Lol
I reclined on top of the duvet armed with my Lelo Ina Wave and reached over to my bedside drawer for my lube. I circumnavigated the tip of the Ina with the lube and she was ready for action.
The tip of the Ina slips nicely inside my opening but I have to pull back on the clit vibe to enjoy her full length and indulge my g-spot. I found there wasn’t enough separation between the shaft of the vibe and the clit stimulator to allow penetration.
Once in position, with the tip snug against my little bundle of pleasure nerves the clitoral vibrator was out of reach. Only slightly but enough mot to be in direct contact with my fun button. Despite the apparent “bad fit” I pressed the central button and the vibrations began.
And very pleasurable they were too, the deep thrumming inside me accompanied by an enjoyable internal massage. 😉
However, for me a rabbit vibrator is about the simultaneous sensation of internal stimulation and external. And no matter how I angled the Ina Wave inside me the two weren’t achievable as a package.
I believe the reason for this probably lies in the physical positioning of my genitalia. I’m a reasonably tall girl and all things being relative, what fits a more petite woman doesn’t necessarily fit me. It would be nice to hear if some of you smaller ladies out there concur with me.
Slipping and tilting the shaft of the Ina towards me brought about contact with the clit vibe and shallow penetration. Both experiences were good but left me slightly frustrated and I had to eventually admit defeat and grab a clit vibe and bring myself off. Not exactly the mind blowing experience I expected.
If the Ina Wave featured either a longer clitoral stimulator to compensate for the curvature of its shaft and the “come hither” motion then it would be quite simply mind blowing. Unfortunately it fell well short with me but I can see it’s potential to become a bad boy of the toy world.
Lelo take from this and learn, all girls aren’t configured the same. Shame.
