Apart from the metal riveting which holds the straps together the toy is made entirely from plastic. This isn’t a criticism, in fact it means that every part of it is comfortable to wear. The cuffs are fastened by slipping the straps through hard plastic buckles, then connected to each other by a shot strap and plastic clip. The ball gag fastens via a simple buckle behind the head.
